Our general terms and conditions apply to every offer and every distance contract between Drankbeleving.nl and the consumer. The legally binding version is in Dutch: read the full Algemene Voorwaarden. Below is a short summary in English.

• Age: we only sell alcohol to people aged 18 and over and may ask for ID.
• Right of withdrawal: you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receipt, subject to the conditions and exclusions in the Dutch terms.
• Delivery: we ship within the Netherlands and to other European countries; delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.
• Disputes: Dutch law applies.
