Drankbeleving.nl respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process, why, and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Dutch version prevails in case of differences.

1. Who we are

2. What we process and why

  • Orders: name, address, email, phone number, order and payment details, to process, deliver and invoice your order (performance of contract).
  • Age verification: your confirmation that you are 18 or older, required by the Dutch Alcohol Act.
  • Release list: first name, email address and preferences, only with your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Contact form, email and WhatsApp: the details you send us, to answer your question.
  • Customer account: if you create one, we keep your details and order history for your convenience.
  • Website use: technical data and cookies, see section 6.

3. How long we keep data

Order and invoice data: 7 years (statutory tax retention). Release list data: until you unsubscribe. Contact messages: up to 2 years after handling.

4. Who we share data with

Only parties needed to provide our service, such as our website and web shop provider (JouwWeb), payment service providers, shipping partners (such as Sendcloud and the carrier) and our accountant, with data processing agreements where required. We never sell your data.

5. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including a secure (https) connection and restricted access.

6. Cookies

We use functional cookies needed for the website and shopping cart, and a cookie to remember your age confirmation. Analytics or marketing cookies are only placed with your consent via the cookie notice.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, object, data portability and to withdraw consent. Email info@drankbeleving.nl; we respond within one month.

Not satisfied with how we handle your data? Let us know. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
