Over dit bier / About this beer
One barrel. One year and one day. One origin cacao. Sometimes some pure basics are all you need.
This Barcode spent 366 days resting in Jim Beam bourbon barrels, slowly building layers of vanilla, caramel and warm oak. Single-origin cacao from Tanzania's Kilombero Valley brings an unexpected twist, adding notes of red berries, plum, apple skin and subtle tropical fruit alongside soft chocolate richness. The result is deep and decadent, yet remarkably vibrant for a barrel-aged stout.
Classic bourbon barrel warmth meets bright, fruit-driven cacao complexity.
Limited, layered and made for slow pours with friends who appreciate the details.
