Buy barleywine

Barleywine is one of the strongest beer styles: lots of malt, lots of alcohol and a taste reminiscent of caramel, dried fruit, toffee and sometimes sherry. English barleywines are maltier and rounder; American versions are often a bit more bitter and get their depth from bourbon or rum barrels.

The collection also has a few relatives: wheatwine (with wheat) and ryewine (with rye). Barleywines are the ultimate beers to age. After a few years they become softer and more complex, just like a good port.
